Return & Refund Policy

At Airlyx, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item under the conditions below.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.

Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, and manuals included
  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for a full refund and may be refused or subject to a partial refund reflecting the reduced value of the item.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the item showing the damage or defect
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may:

  • Send a free replacement,
  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Request that the item be returned to us (at our cost) before a replacement or refund is issued.

Claims submitted without the required photo/video evidence, or reported after the 48-hour window, may not be eligible for a free replacement and will instead be handled under the standard Return & Refund conditions above.
