At Airlyx, we want to be upfront about shipping so there are no surprises after you order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
Our products are shipped directly from our supplier's international fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times:
- European Union: approximately 7-15 business days
- Outside the European Union: approximately 10-20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, international courier handling, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take longer to appear in the early stages of shipping, as packages transit through international hubs before reaching local carriers.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@airlyx.shop with your order number so we can look into it. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@airlyx.shop — we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.
